Was sitting in my workplace today.

As usual, my mind flew into another zone in life (not because I have too much free time).

This time, it helped me out in finalizing my script for the short film I intend to shot within these two months.

Due to some circumstances (which I'll say is good circumstances), the plan changed and the project is now on hold.

To have everyone wondering what film I'm making this time, I'll let you guys in for the idea.

Title of the short film is - "Click, Snap, Tick" (working title)

Something to do with this photo below.

(found out that my nokia E72 is really useful. First I shot an experimental film with it for one of my unit in Uni and for the entire time, I've been using it to take still photos as well and results of the photo always turn out quite well, although there's no way I can manually adjust the focus)

Shaving Foam VS Deodorant

Why?

Cos may mistakenly spray the Shaving Foam onto your armpits!!

First: Don't be stingy with $10 for a haircut, cos I tried cutting my own hair and guess what. I ended up fixing my neck from bleeding instead.

Second: When you see ice falling down from the sky, please use your common sense. Don't walk out lah... cos Mr. Stupid howard here tried to fight against the ice and ended up with a headshot from Zeus . I guess since he's in-charged of lightning, he plays with ice sometimes too right?

What I love doing on a free day. This is one of it:

Woke up 8 this morning and went to Queen Victoria Market to get some groceries.

When I was buying fruits with my cousin, there was this chinese lady who taught us how to choose the right ones off the group.

Meeting friendly faces in the market was fun,

and free lesson learnt.

Tho walking back was abit ma huan, cos then only I realized I bought alot and somehow the bags get heavier and heavier walking back.

But I guess we'll always have to go through tough times before we can enjoy the good ones right?

And yup, it came.

It's called 'Dinner'

Eating it was half the fun.

Cooking it makes it perfect.

So here goes...

Chop chop, chop more, gas on, down it goes

Here comes the cleaned and finely chopped celery...

and after awhile, I got myself a dish for the night.

What did I say about eating it was only half the fun?

Er.....hmm.... after done cooking, eating and only then I realized I forgot to take photo of the dish. And it was too late d, cos all those vege are nicely packed in my stomach now.

Maybe tomorrow morning I can take photo of them? If you know what I mean (just kidding =))

Yup. Another year, another day where everyone goes "Valentine's Day is near!!"

As we all know, valentine's day means a day for the exchange of tokens of affection to your partner. For some it's also a day of where their whole year income is based on this day. All they need to do is harvest lots of roses which they have passionately grew throughout the year and sell them all in one day.

For me, it's ... sigh... another day... of lonesome.

But luckily,

This year I can say "Chinese New Year is near!!!"

In this film, I played the role of Mook. A dude who grew up knowing that life is tough so inorder to survive, he'll have to Act/Bull it All' hahahahahahah *Evil Laugh*

Yup,,,, Those were eyeliners on my face... and man... you have not seen it up close yet.

Our costume designer was laughing her as* off when I was 'painted' on my lips with lipstick.

She literally was ROFL - Rolling On the Floor Laughing.... -_-"""

It was a fun film to act in, of all the martial arts Flips, Kicks and More Flips or.. in my case, being flipped and punched and all that you can think of to beat up a person.

Last Step of 2009, First Step to 2010

Last day of 2009.

Tomorrow is another new start to a new adventure,

number 2010.

Yup, I'm looking forward to it since early 2009.

Why? you ask.

Well... Many downhills for my roller coaster and nope.. not abit that I like it ever since late 2008 along till 2009.

But as it's nearing 2010, the uphill aura is building up and it's nearing me. Guess that's enough for me to justify why I'm looking forward to 2010.

One thing I wish not to happen this new year is: Not to make any silly mistakes in this wonderful 2010.

Things that I DO wish to happen/ to achieve will be:

1) Nearing to my dream

2) Lots of happiness in 2010, as well to my family and dear friends.

3) Closer to Fate

4) Lots of Serendipity (Not that I don't wish for things to go as planned but sometimes alittle twist in the story always make things more interesting isn't it guys?)

5) More money!!! hahaha...opps.. you found out my dirty little secret. Well.. who doesn't love money? but in this term, I mean good money. As then I can get more things for my little Sai Lou (younger brother) and also bring my friends out for good food more often. ( Cos I enjoy makan-ing with friends!!)

Wish those who're still single will soon find your soulmate and those who're already with someone for a long time fai fai get married!!! (Hint: you know who you are don't you bro?) hahaha... Good luck to every single one of you outside!!

Where should I start?

Hmm......

Well... I'm having one of the longest holiday period in my entire life,

and I'm not used to it at all.

3 years of super intense countless hours of studying like a zombie and now all of a sudden I'm on holidays, I HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA WHAT TO DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!

So I came out a to-do list for myself while still waiting for my final transcript from my previous college so I can fly over to the university I've applied in Melbourne. :

1) Watch as many movies as I can in a day so learn more from those top movie directors.

2) Rest ( I need this alot since I've only managed to get like 10% of resting time during my studies)

3) Work out and get my goal reached. (a Fitter body)

4) Be lazy ( Yup... I'm allowed to be lazy-bum now. IN YOUR FACE !! =P )

5) Plan my life ahead

6) Lastly, work patiently for my destiny to come into life.

I'm going to miss Kuala Lumpur, especially the Sales Season.

and ofcos, I'll miss those super slow/ untrustable' train and bus and not to forget, never never will I forget those taxi driver that drives like mad, while ripping off money from your wallet every inch of the journey taken.

Most importantly, I'm going to miss what I've learnt all this while I've been here and those amazing people I got to know.

But life goes on and I'm looking forward to 2010, cos I know it has already planned something special for me. Though I don't know what it is/ they are, but I know it's another stepping stone for me to go forward in life.

4 years ago, I've asked myself "What's life?"

4 years later, I got the answer.

"I'm living it!!!"

I still need to be someone before I stop living it. Someone famous? someone successful? or a dad maybe? We'll see =)

ok... I really need to change my mattress. I can hardly sleep last night cos throughout the night the springs kept 'poking' me!!! (Maybe because of this my spine been hurting for weeks).

Something MAJOR is rewiring my brain cables lately. I've been thinking whether I should continue fighting my way to Taiwan and work my *ss off learning chinese while doing my degree and hopefully get casted by some random director to act for their drama series, OR, should I go over to Singapore for my degree with no worries of unable to read or write chinese and after the course, fly over to Taiwan then fight for my acting/directing career?

I am now standing in the middle of the road not knowing which director to go. (Do wish I can split myself into two and go both directions and see which outcome is better. Then kill away the other 'not so good howard product' . Hohohohoho!!! : but everyone knows that's impossible).

Finally ' The Found Love ' has made it onto my blog

It's very weird how this script came about.

I was standing waiting for the train at the Station on day and I was asking myself, " These people always wait here at the same time going the same direction, 5 days a week. Have any of them actually fall for anyone at the station ?"

And from there, the script went to the lift at the condominium that I'm staying at now, where these two person who waits for the lift at the exact time, 5 days a week.

A featured film 'Call If You Need Me' directed by James Lee, one of Malaysia top director won Silver in the Asian Digital Competition at the 33th Hong Kong International Film Festival.

I was jumping around like a monkey filled with happiness when James Lee told me that the film won second place in Hong Kong.

At this point, you may ask why I was jumping crazily.

Well, it's because me and my friend Olivia acted in that film!!!

I played 'Ah Hui', and my friend played 'Cindy'

For me, it was a great honor to act in one of James Lee's film because he's one of those directors who can see the great work in mood and camera angles and also not to miss out, he's one of the CoOleSt director ever!!

Was so exhausted after class, "Sleep sleep..." just kept repeating in my head.

Got home right after shower, I went KO.

Few hours later, my friend texted me to go for dinner yet i replied to take another 30mins of nap.

30mins passed and it's dinner time for me.

To my surprise, "WHERE THE HELL IS MY WALLET???!!!!!"

I searched all directions, North South East West.

Still couldn't find my FREAKING WALLET!!!

Thought that I was still too blur, I asked my friend to help me search.

Same result.. my wallet is no where to be found.

Called up my other friend whether I've dropped it in his car.

But guess what... Ran out of credit!!!

Took my other phone which comes with a postpaid card, switched it on... a min later it died!!! No Battery Life!!!!

-During this moment... all the F words started coming out-

After a while of inpatient waiting for the phone to be charged, I turned it on again.

Managed to call my friend, but NO ONE IS ANSWERING!!!!

Call the house, and his mum answered. I was put on hold and got finally got an answer.

"Hi Howard, He's sleeping"

-WHAT??!!!- (words in mind)

"I'll ask him to call you back ya"

-I Have no Freaking time to wait!!! I'm dying!!!!-(words in mind)

Still I had to be patient and replied " Ok auntie, Thank you ya"

-So what can i do now??- wait lo...

Few mins later

Finally got a call back and was told my wallet isn't in his car.

-This time, my heart really stopped pumping for a while-

Knowing I had to stay cool and calm and think positive, I drove (my friend drove, cos my driving license is also in my wallet) to back to college and begged the Security to open the meeting room for me, cos that's the last place I'at before I left college.

To my relief, my dear wallet was on the floor with everything still in it the way it suppose to be.

The Adventure of Crab Island

Last min planned Trip.

After our Musical Theatre Performances,

we decided to take a break and have fun!!

45mins from Setia Jaya Station to Pel.Klang,

and another 45 mins using Speed Boat from Pel.Klang to Pulau Ketam.

And here we are,

At Pulau Ketam Inn already!!

Our first adventure in Pulau Ketam starts here...

But it didn't go as planned... cos the 3 girls all TaK Tahu how to ride bicycle (which is the only transportation they have in Pulau Ketam besides walking)

So to get our adventure started, firstly me and my friend roger had to teach

the girls how to ride the bicycle.

Well.... in the end. We too gave up and we decided to carry the girls, one each on the back of the bicycle. Which if you calculate, left one girl who would have to walk.

Sadly... poor Ping had to walk...

not cos we hate her or dislike her,

it was because...

she kinda almost killed us when she sat behind both my and roger's bicycle.

But it wasn't so bad for her,

since the restaurant we went for breakfast was pretty close. 4 meters away.

After breakfast, we decided to walk around/cycle around to get a good time digestion.

and again, the vain vain vain performing arts students do always.

while some of us were busy taking photos,

these two desperately wanna learn to cycle.

Did they managed to?

Well.......

nope.

We then moved on and found the first wooden bridge that leads to a white boat. (for us is terribly interesting ok??!!.. so don't laugh)

After a long walk, still I have not give up searching for Maybank that I saw on pulau ketam.com,

but the weather was just too hot for us to handle.

Stopped by a house along the way and bought some ICEY COLD DRINKS.

and guess what???

After a few Lorong left and right

We found MAYBANK!!!

AND IT'S THE COOLEST MAYBANK I'VE SEEN!!

After I found Maybank,

I decided to jump of the jetty's bridge.

Ofcos I was just joking,

cos if I did I doubt I'll be here blogging d.

I only jumped on the spot Shot by a DSLR camera using its shutter speed function.

*GOD, I want a Canon 50D DSLR Camera*

Lets get back to the Pulau now..

After that we went back to our room and rest.

After dinner, we decided to go for some desert.

Which was just below our room we rent.

For the price, it was a good deal.

Second Day

Second day we only had half a day to go around,

So we went to the Herb Garden for a visit.

On the we encountered the tallest bridge they have in Pulau Ketam,

and we had a rough time cycling up.

So instead of cycling, we were forced to walk.

But we did it!!

At where we were standing, Pulau Ketam just looks Amazing.

And we're on our way home d...

This place is just great for relaxing over the weekends.

I will definitely be going back again.

My dear friends actually made this cake for my 22nd birthday,

but after the first bite,

I was told about the unique ingredients used for making this cake

and I was -_-!!

It wasn't that bad tho, it taste just like a normal cake.

Indeed it actually taste better than some cakes I had before from Secret Recipe.

Well, Thanks to our Dear Uncle James we were each given a Lantern to Fly!!!

Everyone were buZzzzzy writing their wishes onto the lanterns.

and I kinda peeked on some of people's wishes...*Evil Laugh*

Ofcos I'm not going to tell, and I wish all the wishes come true for each and everyone of us.

Wednesday 14th/01/2009, is a day to be remembered.

Why?

Miss JacKee

We've been online friends since almost 5 years ago, and we have never met.

Some time in 2004, I was online and I ran into Jac in the cyberspace.

Since then we connects right away (like how you met your new friends in kindergarden and became good friends in a few minutes) and we started sharing our ups and downs in life, we talked as we've known each other for a long time, and we joke about things. During that time, I was in my hometown Sarawak and she in KL.

Even though we have not met before, but my family members know about J and her sis knows about me.

But unfortunately one day.... J goes to Melbourne to further her education and the distance between us were stretched too. Still we are in contacts, and funny thing is that she met a friend in Melbourne who got the same name as me!!

But because of our heavy schedules, we don't get the chance to chat much and slowly, we lost the touch of being close friends.

Nevertheless! Today is one of the best day of my life!!

Cos from all the downfalls of our friendship,

We've finally met!!!!

Those downfalls now become a peak of a mountain.

Krabi is one of world most beautiful place to be!

Not only it's beautiful, it gives you

lotsa privacy too.

Why Privacy?

Well... Cos then I can go CRAZIIIIEEEeee!!!

I was having so much freedom!!

and my 4 months of stress from Performing Arts all disappeared instantly

the moment I stepped into the Cold Salty Water of Krabi.

Somehow I guess that salt not only can make your ulcer disappear, but also your stress

Wait wait wait... Before we all gets too excited, lets go back to the starting point of the trip again.

Penang Stop

When I arrived in Penang with the limited amount of cash I can

spend I decided to walk around Penang with my Bus 11 (both my legs)

and I went far

Well... not so far after all. Cos after a few mins after arrival, the rain started to come

So I waited at the bus stop near the church and suddenly a *lightbulb* appeared

I called up a friend (Ping) whose hometown is Penang and wondering whether she's actually back in hometown for holidays. with little hope, I took my phone and called.

I was greeted with a warm welcome.

Ping:

"What the HELL are you calling me for?? Aren't You suppose to be in Thailand??!!!!!!"

Me:

"er... Hi Ping, how are you? ya, i am suppose to be in

Thailand but I stop by Penang for few hours. you back in hometown?"

Ping:

"What??!!! In Penang Now??"

Me:

"Wanna bring me around to see your beautiful Penang?"

Ping:

"See you in 10 - 15mins"

Overall, this is one of the greatest trip I've been to.

YES!!! Finally I got time to go out and chill... for awhile tho. Gonna be back in college on time on a Saturday.. sigh...

My very very first time playing baseball in Kuala Lumpur
did hit a few, but man... just hitting 'balls' cost me a boom...(don't think otherwise ya)

Let me tell you.... it's damn fun!!! Hitting all the stress away!!! Hitting the balls so hard, somehow feels like I was hitting the face of my head of department who scheduled our semester so 'well'...

Eat also can only eat porridge using straw. (ofcos I'm just being over exaggerated)

The Musician

Hi guys, recently I acted in my friend's project, who is also my actress for the up coming show "The Shape of Things". so ya... click on the image below to have a clearer view of the photo shots taken by Melinda aka Evelyn.

Story is about this guy (me) who is a musician playing his guitar on the street just entertaining passer by, when suddenly a girl appears and gaves the musician 50cents which offended the musician. The musician then approached the girl with his guitar trying to wack her but with a surprise attack, the girl took out her secret weapon and scared the shit out of the musician. The musician tries to run away, but without paying attention to what is infront of him, he knocked into the poll and fainted. The girl then replaced the musician for his music palace.

I'm currently directing a scene from the play called 'The Shape of Things' by Neil Labute published by Broadway and I am happy to announce that my actor and actresses are doing a great job at the moment. It will be shown in Sunway RoofTop Theatre on the 30th September 2008 so please do catch it.

Another news is that, I will also be acting in another scene of 'The Shape of Things' directed by my friend Alou. The whole performance consist of 12 different scenes directed by 12 different students of Performance Art + Media Sunway College University,including me and I'm sure the outcome will be great. Just imagine 12 different creative brains working on one play!!

Know when someone says talent comes first,
False.
For I,
Say hard work comes first.

True that we need talent,
True is that things work faster with it.
But with just talent,
You don't go very far.

With Talent combining Hard work,
It can bring you to places you can't imagine.
Places where you once thought it was just a dream.

I can justify this statement,
By telling you a story of my friend.
Trouble with English language,
and firstly knows how to say,
"Hi, I'm #####. Nice knowing you"
(while holding up an English dictionary).
But he surprises all with an end results of
A, A, A, A, A, A (6 A's)
So with my curiosity, I when to him and asked
"how do you managed to get this good result?" (to another Korean friend who then translate it to him what I've asked)
"I work my ass off for the results."(having a smile on his face while the translator translated from Korean)

well, let me give you an advice which I've learn from past.
don't feel heartache for you deserve better,
don't look back for she's someone who will hurt you again.
someone who gave up on you, will again give you up in the future,
don't fall into the trap as this trap goes deeper and deeper each time.
she can look naive, she can look beautiful.
But looks can be deceiving.
What you need in life my friend, is 'she' who is smart and appreciate who you are.

miracle will come, and i will pray for you.
for we shall walk this path atleast once in life to be stronger.
i walked past twice, burned my feet so deep, and just at the moment i wanted to give up, miracles came.
believe my friend... to believe and you shall receive.
